              P. Daubert is the Chief of 
              Blue Shield Boat Patrol Services. 
               
              After 22 years of working in law enforcement, his vision was to 
              assemble and manage a dedicated and experienced team of civil protection 
              professionals, people who enjoy what they do and do it well. Moving 
              from Wisconsin, Matthew made the Lake Norman area his home and recognized 
              the need for civil protection and monitoring services in this growing 
              community. Careful research, recruitment and planning have brought 
              Matthew's vision to life.
